Sanctus

Sanctus is the capital and largest city of Sanctaria by both area and population. Its 18.7 million inhabitants make it one of the International Democratic Union's most populous cities. One of Sanctaria's nine constituent states, Sanctus borders the states of Glorionis, to its east, and Aquitanium on its west side.
