Southern Ocean Trade Agreement

The Southern Ocean Trade Agreement (SOTA) is a agreement signed by Elalia, Teyè, and Wosteaque that created a trade bloc the in Southern Ocean. The agreement came into force on September 14, 1972. Doatia signed the agreement on February 17, 1978 becoming the first country to do so since it's founding, and on June 4, 2023, Milintica become the first country to join in over four decades.
