Steppe bison

The steppe bison is a species of bison most commonly found in Wosteaque, specifically Boemont and Frésir. The steppe bison was once dispersed throughout Earth being found in the many plain biomes. Radiocarbon dating found it's closest relatives have been extirpated for more than 5,000 years, although today's steppe bison are around 20% larger.

Description

Although the exact location or even a estimated guess is unknown, it is currently guess to appeared somewhere in Hespia about 200,000 years ago. The first steppe bison migrated to Wosteaque from several ice bridges from Hespia. It is unknown why the steppe bison has stayed comparatively close to its ancestors, while other populations of steppe bison slowly evolved into new species.

Habitat

Steppe bison are usually, given the name, steppes and plains, although they have been known to roam in several forest types.
