The Howard Prince-Gonzalez Institution is a non-governmental organization in Slokais Islands. The HPGI's primary goal is to monitor elections worldwide and encourage political and civic participation. The organization was founded in 1904, by former President Howard Prince-Gonzalez, although the primary goal was a think-tank promoting anti-imperialism.
