Prior to 2020, a sixth classification existed, 18F, for films suitable for women over the age of 18, but not suitable for males of any age. Films in this classification were those who would otherwise be given an 18 rating, but which also included criticisms of gynarchy and explicitly misogynistic language. In 2020, however, following the guidance of President [[Rebecca Arnott]], this category was abolished and all 18F films were reclassified as either 18 or 14F depending on their non-political content.
