The Novella Islands Passport and Identity Booklet (PIB) is the primary identity and travel document used within the Social Republic of the Novella Islands. Issued upon application to the Novella Islands Office of Identification, the document entitles the bearer to unrestricted international travel,[a] and access to government services within the Novella Islands.

Similarly, the Novella Islands does not restrict the immigration of individuals holding a valid Novella Islands Passport and Identity Booklet.
