The S-115 highway is a 6 to 8 land highway going from S-15 to the Valley Road Turnpike. All within [[New Liverpool]]. It was built between 1989 and 1991 as the New Liverpool Northern Ring Road. It is 38 miles(61 km) long and is the busiest highway that has 3 digits and the longest to be in only one province or provincial equivalent.
