Percy Tavoka is a Zamastanian admiral in the Zamastanian Armed Forces under the Navy, operating as command of the 2nd Fleet and as the commanding officer aboard the ZMS Harodia. He is most widely known for his actions during the Gladysynthia Crisis, in which he commanded the overarching battle plans from the fleet operating in the midst of some of the heaviest fighting.
