Howard Alexander Walker was born in Point Lee on February 9th, 1950. His parents were professors and spent much of his own life in academia. He has been in Centrist Party, the Left Party, and an Indpendent. He is the longest-serving MP with 42 years in the same district of New Liverpool 7th. He had become a joke among left-wing political parties as his party becomes less popular. In 2018, he has tomatoes thrown at him during a rally in New Liverpool. He made national news for suing the teenagers involved and eventually got a $500 payout for "damages". He has often been described as the most borning MP, with a poll among Legislative Staffers voting him the most boring.
