Anya Bishop is the 13th and current President of Zamastan, succeeding Zacharias Castovia following his resignation on January 23rd, 2019. She was elected in an emergency election, in which she won 53% of the vote and secured her position. She did not remove any members of the Presidential cabinet following the transfer of power. Before the presidency, she was a congresswoman from Zian's 3rd District.
Bishop is the second female President of Zamastan, the first being Elene Abotsford.
