Francis Green (July 30, 1795 - September 25, 1852) was a Maximusian statesman, revolutionary leader, and one of the architects of the Maximusian legislative system. He served as the first Chancellor of Libertas Omnium Maximus from the position's inception in 1841 until just before his death from a pulmonary disease, likely tuberculosis, in 1852.
