Zichitla (born 1997), sometimes known as Nelly Aurora, is a former intelligence agent from Kerlile who was convicted of treason for attempting to murder Councillors Pauline Pierre, Jennifer Hale and Letitia Greenwood. She was sentenced to death, but escaped on the date of her scheduled execution. She is strongly suspected to be a member of the Aurora Programme. ==Name dispute== Zichitla is a Kerlian citizen registered legally as Nelly Aurora. She has, however, stated on several occasions that she prefers the Xiomeran name Zichitla, as she is ethnically Huenyan, and that the Kerlian authorities previously agreed to support this name change. Kerlian citizens are permitted to change their names for any reason, provided the correct forms are submitted, which Zichitla allegedly did. ==Treason trial== In 2020, Zichtila was accused of four counts of attempted murder and high treason. Her trial took place on the 24th November 2020. She was accused of the attempted murders of three Councillors - Pauline Pierre, Jennifer Hale and Letitia Greenwood, alongside Foreign Secretary Katrine Porter on the 17th October 2020 in the Council Chambers. A leaked video of the alleged incident circulated online, showing Zichitla pointing a gun at the Councillors. Councillors Pierre and Hale testified in court against her; however Councillor Greenwood refused to do so, claiming that she believed Zichitla to be innocent of the charges. At the time of the incident, Zichtila was serving as an advisor to the Committee on Xiomera, a Council-Parliament joint committee dedicated to researching and providing recommendations to the Kerlian government on the Second Xiomeran Civil War. It is believed that Zichitla objected to a decision to seek peace in the Huenyan region and wished to continue the war. After a two-week trial, Zichitla was convicted of all charges and sentenced to death via firing squad. ==Escape== Zichitla was scheduled to be executed alongside three other women on the 23rd December 2020. Before the executions could be carried out, however, Zichitla instigated an attempt in which all four women succeeded in escaping. Zichitla was also seen on CCTV shooting a member of prison staff in another wing of the prison dead before escaping. ==Aurora allegations== It is commonly believed that Zichitla was a member of the Aurora Programme, a covert sleeper agent program that trained girls from toddlerhood to infiltrate other nations on behalf of the Matriarchy. Due to her ethnicity, it is likely that Zichitla was assigned to, and spent time in, Xiomera before her return to Kerlile. Her role on the advisory committee on Xiomera also supports this theory. ==References==
