[[File:Jeremiah Abrams mugshot.PNG|thumb|Jeremiah Abrams mugshot, 2021]] Jeremiah Abrams also known as the Sikou Imposter is an [[Elalia|Elalian]] terrorist wanted for Arson, domestic terrorism forgery, identity theft, impersonation, kidnapping, murder, and terrorism. He is responsible for the National Gukari Hotel bombing in 2016, as well as the many murders that took place in Sikou from 2011-2021. His whereabouts are still unknown after a breakout, and shootout with Teyèan federal prison guards, and later, Teyèan police, after he escaped federal prison, as such he is in the TFBI's most wanted. == Early years == Jeremiah was born on September 22, 1985, in the Elalian state of Vasarina, it is unknown exactly which city he is from, though he is from either Orestias, or Boryma, since both cities had floods with destroyed most paper records in 1991. Due to the floods his parents are also unknown. == Adulthood == === Early careers and first arrest === Jeremiah was a heavy machinery operator in the coastal city of Semeze from 2003-2006. He was fired after he was discovered to have forged his heavy machinery license, as such he went on the run, and operated under many different names in a identity theft ploy. He used as many as 10 different identity's with forged documents for each. How he forged these documents are still unknown, but the most common theory is that he impersonated government workers to receive, and alter the paper work. In 2008 Jeremiah was arresting for the firebombing of the Phalaza IRSE building which killed approximately 30 people. He was charged with arson, domestic terrorism, and first degree murder. He was subsequently sentenced to life in prison, and sent to the max security, island prison of Dalloskory. === Jail time and breakout === Jeremiah spent three years in jail, 2008-2011, in which he made many enemies, including the Order of the Cosmic Temple, and the National Liberation of Tio. Jeremiah was attacked on June 6, 2009 by three members of the OCT, in the following struggle Jeremiah inflicted mortal wounds to two of the members, while the other member managed to escape. In the following months several OCT members were wounded by traps made by Jeremiah, including a makeshift tiger trap. On March 3, 2011 there was a massive riot cause by a dispute between the OCT, and the NLT. This riot quickly got out of the guards control, and they had to lock the prisons main doors, soon after most of the guards evacuated to safer areas of the prison, several explosions blew off the security doors of the armory. With the prisoners now armed, a mass shootout begin in with the OCT, and the NLT fired upon the guards. The national guard was called to stopped the prisoners. It took five days to stop the riot, in that time 27 prisoners, including Jeremiah, escaped by swimming to shore. Jeremiah then made his way to eastern Elalia, on July 9th 2011 Jeremiah entered the Tenais dock, and used a fake name to buy a boat and supplies. He spent two months traveling to Teyè. === Arrival in Teyè === Jeremiah arrived in Teyè sometime in September 2011, in the city of Sikou, he likely chose this city due to it being isolated from other urban areas. It is in the city of Sikou that Jeremiah began his murdering spree, with his victims largely being chose at random. == National Gukari Hotel bombing == === Motive === The true motive for the bombing may never be known, however one motive was explained by him, and two motives others were explained by Jeremiah after he plead guilty in his 2018 court case. ==== Motive one ==== Jeremiah explained that he was framed by Elalian police, because he had no records. He said the police wanted him in prison because the state did not know who he was, and therefor could not track him. When asked why the government didn't imprison the other 140,000 people whos records were effected by the floods, Jeremiah explained that he is "built different". ==== Motive two ==== After his first motive didn't persuade the jury in his favor, he said that he simply felt bored in is life. He stated "I just woke up, and thought why not just do whatever I want? Like who's going to stop me?". It is unknown if he thought this would persuade the jury, or to terrify them. ==== Motive three ==== After stating his second motive Jeremiah said "That was a mistake, sorry", he then went on to explain the CCTV footage was a deep fake by the Elalian, and Teyèan government. When asked why he said "I often think of that too, like why me? I don't know, ask those in power". === Building the bomb === Jeremiah stated that he spent five months building thirty bombs. He also stated that the bombs were made up of mostly C2N14 (1-Diazidocarbamoyl-5-azidotetrazole),which is backed up by evidence found by fire marshals, it is unknown how he got such a volatile chemical. He also stated that he put cesium chloride into the bombs, when asked how he got it he stated "abandoned hospitals almost always have good stuff, especially the machines". It is theorized that he got the radioactive material from a teletherapy unit, which was left behind when the abandoned hospital site was disputed in court. When asked how he got the C2N14, he would not answer, it is thought that he has contacts with the IFN, or somehow convinced chemical manufactures that he was someone authorized to purchase such materials. === Target selection === Jeremiah stated that he wanted to take down a federal building for the crimes they had done to him, including posting his mugshot, therefore making his job harder, and increasing police patrols. Jeremiah explained that it was quite easy to set the whole plan up, and if let out he would do it again. When asked why he chose the National Gukari Hotel, he said that it was close, and had a lot of people in it. === Bombing === On February 5, 2016 Jeremiah entered the National Gukari Hotel, using forged documents, he entered restricted parts of the hotel, planting makeshift bombs in the structural beams of the hotel. At approximately 3 P:M, the bombs went off, causing the total collapse of the building, with many other surrounding buildings being damaged. At least 300 people were killed in the attack, rescue attempts were made for the victims by local police, and firefighters, with the national guard arriving soon after. The clean up took nearly a month, and was further slowed by the radioactive components of the bombs. It was unknown who perpetrated the attack until 2018, when CCTV footage was found showing Jeremiah entering the building. == Escape from Teyèan prison == Jeremiah went uncaptured for next five years until he was caught loitering around a power station, in which he fired at the guards that spotted him, six days later Jeremiah entered the Sikou police department, and surrendered under gunpoint. He spent three months in prison, until he broke out while being transferred to Elalia, a shootout started between the guards where three were killed, Jeremiah then escaped into the surrounding jungle.
