Editing Chaher/Clarke Administration (Lauchenoiria)

The Chaher/Clarke Administration was the government of [[Lauchenoiria]] following the vote of no confidence in former Prime Minister [[Laura Moore]] until the signing of the [[Haven Accords]] and the end of the [[Second Lauchenoirian Civil War]].

The legality of the vote of no confidence and the legitimacy of the subsequent formation of a government by [[Suleman Chaher]], who defected from the [[Liberal Party of Lauchenoiria|Liberal Party]] to the [[Communist Party (Lauchenoiria)|Communist Party]]<ref>https://idugov.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1813&pid=17055#pid17055</ref> on the same day as what many called a ''coup d'état'', was questioned by numerous sources, which led to a civil war, the second in the country's history. 

Following the death of Suleman Chaher, [[Charissa Clarke]] became Prime Minister, however the legitimacy of this was also questioned. Charissa Clarke was later revealed to be an [[Aurora Programme|Aurora]], a member of a controversial [[Kerlile|Kerlian]] sleeper agent program. The [[Truth and Reconciliation Commission]] formed following the signing of the [[Haven Accords]] sentenced Clarke to 25 years in prison for espionage due to this.

The administration was responsible for a crackdown on civil liberties in Lauchenoiria, including placing restrictions on internet access and controlling what speech was permitted in the media<ref>https://idugov.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1813&pid=17157#pid17157</ref> of the country. They instituted a nationwide manhunt for former Prime Minister [[Laura Moore]]<ref>https://idugov.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1813&pid=17078#pid17078</ref> and their actions led to President [[Leanna Walker]] remaining in exile in [[Laeral]]<ref>https://idugov.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1813&pid=17064#pid17064</ref> for several months, before she returned.
