These included Marc Dukat from the CDSP, a human and a schnauzer from Grosseschnauzer, a delegation from Skoden, Marie Claire-Beringer and Celia de Lauvergne from Laeral, Alya Nusseibah from [[Serriel]], Joseph Chavez from Slokais, Perekhvatkin Korney Yanovich from [[Russian Mafia Government]], and Kenzie Sinclair from Verwood.

The session began with Dukat displaying the position of the current fleet, and threatening the ships should they enter the CDSP's waters or take any other action other than departing<ref>https://idugov.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1806&pid=16901#pid16901</ref>. Discussion on the matter of chemical weapons was inconclusive, with the CDSP refusing to refrain from their use<ref>https://idugov.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1806&pid=16911#pid16911</ref>. The Lauchenoirian ambassador, Helena Craighan, and Zamastanian ambassador Gianna Bonello then joined the session late, along with the [[Osiris|Osirisan]] ambassador Reginald Grayson and SIC ambassador Alvon Russo.

Discussion of evacuating foreign citizens from the CDSP conflict zone was more productive once it transpired that most barriers were financial or due to limited availability of commercial flights. The meeting concluded with an agreement that charter flights would be available for nations wishing to evacuate their citizens, charged to the embassies of said nations, once the fleet gathering on the border was withdrawn<ref>https://idugov.com/forum/showthread.php?tid=1806&pid=16953#pid16953</ref>. No agreement on the use of chemical weapons was reached.
