===Security Force Kaijan===
For the duration of 2021 and 2022, North Kaijan remained under a state of emergency with SFK operating in Kascan, Allman and Pendang Townships, concurrently areas that had been controlled by the Kaijan League where re-settled through and unburied dead were laid to rest. However public ceremonies ceased in July 2021 after a funeral for a police officer in the village of Ilayabongo was attacked by armed gunmen, the suspect was soon killed by police and was ruled to be a lone-wolf attack. In total, at least 250 people were identified at various mass grave sites, most were identified to be civil servants, although some groups claim the Kaijan League killed those of various minority groups. SFK reported 34 violent incidents in 2021 and 13 in 2022 with the largest being a August 2021 explosion at a post office in Bailong Beach which killed 24 people. This explosion in the popular surfing town on the west coast of Kaijan led to the collapse of the Kaijanese surf industry. 

While the Kaijan League had been unpopular, the Kaijanese independence movement gained support as miltary and police abuses and arrests where widely denounced with Kaijan. This pressure on the government of both provinces led to new coalitions coming into power in both North and South Kaijan as Kaijanse autonomy became a major issue. Several smaller armed groups also came into existence in 2021 and 2022 such as Yellow Cats which disrupted federal infrastructure and protested SFK's efforts. In response to increasing violence, ethnic minority groups such as the Minjian faithful began to arm themselves, which grew concerns of sectarian violence. Youth support of Kaijanese independence also grew as unemployment and poverty hit there highest numbers since 2005.
