==Tuition==
As mandated by law, tuition at all UNL Regional institutions must be within 100,000 to 150,000 SM{{efn|$3,700 to $5,500 Sanctarian Marks|}} per academic year. Tuition at subject-specific universities is flexible with Henry Lam having a market tuition of 500,000 SM per year the highest in the entire UNL system. Tuition is paid via the National Common Registration System (NCRS), tuition is free if the student is under the National Poverty Line or a veteran. Scholarships can also be given both internally and externally via grants and private donors.
