==Election==
The President is elected by the Major Consiglio, a body made up of members from every commune in the country as well as 200 electors allocated based on the makeup of the Minor Consiglo and the Senati. Voting is conducted in multiple rounds with the Major Consiglo themselves being elected by the citizens of each commune in 5-year terms. The Major Consiglo elections are scheduled a year-prior to give a mandate to the population. Candidates must be 30 years of age and nominated by a Major Consigilo member from each region of Tuscia as well as by a registered political party. This process has lead to less populist or extreme figures being nominated as support is required nationwide. Voting occurs over multiple rounds, with the first three requiring 2/3rds or 302 votes.
