== Draw ==
The draw took place at noon CHT (UTC +7) at the Haesanite Olympic Headquarters in [[Munseong]], [[Namhae]].  Teams were divided into four pots based mainly on national ranking, but also on competitive balance, geographic diversity and other social and commercial factors.
