==Regional delegates==
Regions that have at least two World Assembly member states are entitled to send a regional delegate to the international organisation. The regional delegate must be a World Assembly member state in that region. WA regional delegates have an increased vote share depending on the number of World Assembly member states in their region who are publicly endorsing<ref>Endorsing a regional delegate consists of signing a public register maintained by the [[World Assembly Secretariat]] declaring their public support for the regional delegate in question. Member states are not mandated to support their regional delegate, if one exists, and any support or endorsement may be revoked at any time</ref> them.
