It fell off the list. I plan to send some countertelegrams if his next submission, which has 8 approvals, and expires Thursday, gets near quorum.

Because the UN should have the right to ban punishments that it deems inhumane, such as hanging a person upside-down by their ankles from the top of a radio tower.

I know there are already resolutions in place securing those rights, but I'm not comfortable burning our bridges to replacements of them if they get repealed.

Although, of course, without the FSA it could also (if that's what enough people wanted) make those punishments mandatory... Wink
