Yes, I took a few pro-business decisions which weren't too bizarre and my economy went from Imploded to Fragile. Believe me, after months of Imploded, Fragile is good. If it continues, I may have to change my NS wiki article on the Denkmark, large portion of which was spent on explaining why the country had such a terrible exchange rate and why that fact was good for the country. Kinda like real life.
