I suddenly feel the need to write another UN proposal. I think Groot's success inspired me
So, I went back and looked at resolution 141: Repeal "The Law of the Sea", and remembered this:
Resolution #141 written by Gruenberg2. IMPLORES the General Assembly to ensure speedy replacement of certain admittedly important aspects of "The Law of the Sea" concerning the sovereignty of territorial waters, and its well-intentioned but ineffectively and dangerously executed attempts to combat piracy.[/quote]
I want to focus only on outlawing piracy. I think the other issues would be better dealt with in separate resolutions.
I just want to know if anyone thinks this is a good idea, or has any ideas I should incorporate. If it is, I'll start writing a rough draft soon.
Opinions/ideas please

Do you just want to co-author it? I'd be glad to do that, you did add quite a bit.
