This thread is for the purpose of adopting a new constitution created by Sanctaria. All members of the IDUSA who have not ceased to exist are eligible to vote.

Voting will open at 12:00 AM EDT on December 14th and will close at 12:00 AM EDT on December 21st, 2021.

Please post in response to this thread with "[main nation name] votes {one of the options, or abstains]

The choices are simple, Yeah, or nay
If the Constitution is approved then the IDUSA will cease to exist as a body being replaced by the RP based Council of IDU States

With 6 Yays and 0 Nays, this Referendum clearly passes, thus meaning that we officially have a new constitution and a new regional body, the League of IDU States. I will let Sanctaria decide what happens from this point on.
