The time has come to sign up for the 2019 Olympic Games.

Limitations
Athletes
There is no set limit to how many athletes you may enter in one specific event however it is encouraged that you not enter more than one athlete into an event with 3 or fewer participants (including your first athlete). Athlete's skill is, however, regulated.
Skill
The software that will be used to simulate the events has a built in "skill" offset that can be set any where from 0.01 to 1.00. This offset will impact your players performance positively (above 0.50) or negatively (0.50 or bellow). "
The neat thing is, you can pick each athlete's skill level. An athlete with 0.80 skill level would be at the top of his/her game. A .25 might be more of a rookie with a lot to learn. You can assign any player whatever skill rank you want however the average of all of your player's skills must be equal to .50 or less.
Example:
[Player/team Name] - [player event] - 0.25 skill
[Player/team Name] - [player event] - 0.75 skill
0.25+0.75=1 | 1/2=0.50
For team events you will choose the team's skill as a whole, not individuals.
The average is the sum of ALL players on your team, not just the ones from a specific event. This means that you can enter all terrible players into one events and all fantastic players into other events.
The only rule is that the average must be less than or equal to 0.50
Also, try to avoid going past the hundredth place in individual skill levels (the total average will most likely be past that so no worries with the grand total). This makes it easier on the people/person who ends up imputing this by hand and also makes doing the math way faster.
