This June, tastebuds are in for a treat as the International Cheese Festival makes its return to the Eternity Convention Center, bringing together hundreds of cheeses from across the International Democratic Union in a demonstration of skill, innovation, and culinary craftsmanship. Wander through a world of flavor where artisan craft meets grand-scale mastery, and the finest cheeses from protected regions compete for the highest honors. Sip curated wine and beer pairings while music from across the IDU fills the air.
And for families, delight awaits—costumed characters sharing bites of joy at every turn. This year’s theme: “Tastes That Stand the Test of Time” promises a celebration of taste shaped by care for the earth and adoption of sustainable production practices.

WHAT: Enter the International Cheese Festival 2026.
WHERE: Submit an entry for consideration for awards in this thread.
WHEN: Entries Accepted April 9-May 10. Voting May 10 - June 5.
WHY: The Winner of "Best in Show" hosts next year's International Cheese Festival.

Description: Please include milk type (cow, sheep, goat, exotic, or mixed), Texture (fresh, soft, semi-soft, hard, extra hard, bleu/marbled), Age (young, medium, vintage), flavorings or other distinctive process, and where the cheese is produced within your nation. Why is the cheese is named what it is? Photos of the cheese are encouraged but not required.
