What did you get for Christmas?

You don't have to list everything, but I'm curious about some of the things you got for Christmas. Smile

One of the things I got, which I always love in Dec/Jan is a series of DVDs. Between my early Dec. birthday and Christmas I got Seasons 1-4 of Star Trek: The Next Generation. I usually like to watch *1* episode of something per night on DVD.

I don't celebrate Christmas, but after the year I had, I bought myself a 19" HDTV-ready flat panel TV, and VHS/DVD recorder-player (so I can transfer all my tapes for the 8 seasons of The Amazing Race onto DVDs, and the first two seasons of the current SciFi series Battlestar Galactica.
Edie (my schnauzer) got a purple sweater (the one she's wearing in the pic I posted a thread in the Delegates office.)
And my late sister's neighbor sent me a gift of coffee beans from my favorite coffee chain.

my girlfriend gave me an ipod nano with a personal inscription on the back of it. The ipod made me vary happy, and the inscription was so good it made me cry.

Firstly I must say how proud I am to see my fellow Region members who like Star Trek and the new Battlestar Galactica. I must admit though that although the current BG is superior to the original, I didn't miss an episode as a kid either.

It also sounds like the inscription was as great a gift as the nano itself. It's great to have someone love you that much (the best give someone can give).

As for my gifts I got typical dad stuff; socks, underware, and shirts. My wife and I did get each other a king size bed. (insert cat calls and obligatory sex joke here)

I got an assortment of things: the things I was most excited about were CDs and a new (good) pair of headphones. Plus some money. I also got some car stuff.

Cool presents everyone!

I got tons of money (some of it in gift cards), a book, clothes, candy, a desktop computer, and my brother and I got a Wii. Smile
