Alright, i've heard "Charlotenberg" mentioned like loads of times, so who is he/she/it?

He/she/it (no one knows for sure, but probably he) was a nation who came to the IDU a couple of months ago and quickly started to mass-tg all members, campaigning for themselves to be made the new UN delegate to replace Antrium, who was delegate at the time. They also spammed the regional board, and was basically very annoying disregarding the IDU's election charter, and other principles/rules of the IDU.
Especially one message of Charlotenberg caused some concern:
Quote: "Hello, I've been part of the International Democratic Union and I would like to give my thanks to you for accepting me into this wonderful region but I would like to give something back to you and if you elect me as your UN delegate I will promise to make sure that everyones voice is heard, also I am proud that there are so many different types of government and I will not go against any of you but I will instead praise up our region of unique different cultures and governments if you endorse me as your UN delegate and you withdraw your endorsement for the Grand Democracy of Antrium who opposes any other nations with a government similar to itself I will promise to build a even stronger union within our region, Thankyou, The Emperor of Charlotenberg" (emphasis added)[/quote]
The part highlighted by me was pulled out of their ass simply not true; when after repeated clues, directions and finally warnings, Charlotenberg was ultimately ejected, one of the very few times people have been ejected from the IDU.
Since then, Charlotenberg has become a sort of running joke among us (see also Secret Room of Secret Secrecy, the), because of the incoherent and inconsiderate manner of their campaigning.
Basically, that's it.

He was a he. His name was Phil, I saw it on the forums of the GB&I region (where he is now) because I felt like being a dirty, dirty stalker and seeing if he was attempting the same thing there. Sadly, he wasn't.

Personally, after I got over the shock of what he did, I found the details of what he was doing and how he did it hillarious! Also, anytime I want to make a point about someone campaigning or trying to take over the region (which, of course is not possible) bringing up the name conjures a vivid image for anyone who dealt with the actions.
Maybe we should all TG him and thank him for the hours of fun he's provided us. Like any reality show, having a bad apple involved every so often makes it a bit more exciting!
