Last week, the president personally registered the 4 billionth (4th billion?) citizen of the glorious People's Republic of Groot Gouda. The parents, not knowing about this surprise, were delighted. As a birthday gift, they received a glass sculpture by the famous Groot Gouda artist Dirk Crabet, plus the baby's weight in florins.
