My country has a relatively small population (as of this post I decided on 1.2 million, but I might up it to 2 million) spread thinly along the coast. I'm not familiar with IDU's guideline for a relatively small country like that. The interior of the country is mostly going to be unexploited densely forested (jungle) regions, so the borders beyond the coastal region is going to be neatly drawn lines on a map. The lines I've drawn on the map are mostly just indicators of in which region it's going to be located, if the mapper(s) prefer Rumasaya to be confined to a small coastal region only that's completely fine by me.

Because I'm not sure how important the rivers depicted on the map are, and whether it's preffered for those to be given to larger and more important countries I marked three areas on the map in case one (or both) are a bit too important to be occupied by a minor country. I'd preferably get the red region, followed by the blue one (with one river) or otherwise the green zone without any rivers showing.

Ocarissa is located directly west of New Darya. The southeastern border is a river and the southern border is the largest inlet to it's south. There are some islands to the north and west of this nation. Any islands that can be claimed should be part of this request. The western border is ocean, The northern border is ocean, the northeastern and eastern border are Zamastan and New Darya. 

The land between The Wild Forest Of Lions and Tigers and Bears and an inlet to the northeast is also good and would be a great addition to the republic of Ocarissa. This second area has an eastern border with the river that starts at the end of the Northern inlet and ends near the southern inlet and has a northwestern border with the ocean. The north and south borders are the large inlets. Ocarissa requests both lands, The northern half and the southern half.

I would prefer as large of a land mass as possible; my nation is a multi-ethnic one that has gradually expanded through wars, marriages, and diplomacy over hundreds of years so it would make the most RP sense for a large country with a high number of regions within it.
