2020 IDU Film Festival: Hanshui, Laeral

Voting is now open! The following nations which submitted an entry are eligible to vote: Eiria, Gardavasque, Laeral, Latidonia, Lauchenoiria/Kerlile, Libertas Omnium Maximus, Slokais, Tsiba, Xiomera, Zamastan

So as to limit the issue of films receiving the award with only a plurality of the vote, ranked-choice voting will be used on the ballot. Please rank your top-three choices in order for each category on the ballot. Should no film receive a majority of the vote for a category, the votes for the entry receiving the fewest first-choice votes will be reallocated according to the delegation's second-choice preference, and so on until a film has received a majority.
