Hey guys. My younger brother recently moved in with me, so as to begin his career playing college football, and as a Kinesiology student. Unfortunately, 2 days ago, during practice, he broke his Tibia...or shin bone. His scholarship is now up in the air, and his mobility has been reduced to little more than pulling himself across the floor.

So, anything that I have tentatively planned, or been discussing on these boards, and the NS world in general will be on hold for a few weeks.

See you soon.

Sorry to hear this. Sad

My kid brother played college (American) football at University of Pudget Sound in Washington state. He had a ton of injuries (he was a lineman, though small), so I can imagine how important those scholarships are. He never had anything like your brother's injury, but I think it is awesome that he has you around to help him out. Smile

Also remember to distract him too! Movies!!!

Oh, I'm really sorry to hear that. That's gotta suck majorly...
I hope he fully recouvers soon and everything will turn out good; I'm crossing my fingers for both of you Smile.

And I totally agree with Mikitivity, movies are a great distraction.
Just keep to the light stuff as long as he has to live on painkillers Wink

Sorry to hear about your brother. I hope he recovers soon. If he gets bored why don't you get him to create a nation and join the IDU Tongue Perhaps he could be the new sports minister!
