Hi all as Thalatash seems to have CTEd some years ago can Theudland take over the TH nation code?

It should actually be one letter "?" which pronounced as the 'th' in "thing" or "thistle". Properly 'Theudland' should be '?eudland'.

Done. Although this list badly needs updating. Former nations are italicized, but there are many on that list that should be in italics and yet are not.

Also added Boricuastan, BC (but only because I didn't want BO), and SchutteGod, SG.
