NSWiki

As many of you may have already been aware, NSwiki is back, and has been for some time, at nswiki.org. It is not nearly as voluminous or interactive as the old NSwiki, but as ever it remains a handy resource for sharing and interlinking national and regional information.

I've already begun IDU's page, by adding in the most basic information: http://nswiki.org/index.php?title=Region...atic_Union

It can be added and improved upon as things progress. One or two images would certainly brighten it up some.

BTW, that last section is bot-written and can be ignored. A disclaimer can be added if members do not like the way the bot describes the region.

The "Nations" section I thought might be a good incentive for members here to start wikifying their own countries, and add in the links as they are created. You'll notice I've already made pages for my IDU nations, Boricuastan and SchutteGod. Nation articles are one way to establish historical and cultural links between IDU nations, in a way that dispatches and factbooks cannot. Which is why I would encourage members to think about starting a wiki page, even if they already have gameside factbooks, etc.

If anyone requires help with anything wiki-related, poke me.

That's a really decent piece.

I've done a Wikipedia entry for Nova Sodor - it needs a bit of updating in particular with regards to its history within the IDU but it's pretty much complete.

If the format is correct I'm happy for you to either attach or if you give me a few pointers I'm happy to also do it.

If it works there's a link to the original template that I borrowed/used to build it

I've created a Sandbox for you so you can get an idea of how it's done. Most of the infobox is filled in, and some of the text added so you can familiarize yourself with the markup. If you hit "view source" you can see exactly what the code looks like: http://nswiki.org/index.php?title=User:N...or/Sandbox

You need to be logged in to edit. Let me know if you have any problems there (or with anything else).

That's pretty cool - thank you.

I'll definutely try to set the time aside to complete the entry - it'll be a good opportunity to update the information as well.

Thanks again.
