The Phillipino AzoresAug 16 2007, 11:13 AM On a mildly random note, should I go with Realplayer, QuickTime or WMA? I know Google recommends Realplayer, but quicktime can play Itunes music and WMA is all like windows-put together.
Thankfully, Foxy Tunes can handle ANY of them! [/quote]
I guess it depends where you get your music from, and what you use it for. If you have an iPod or purchase a lot of music from iTunes, might as well use iTunes because you don't have a choice. Otherwise I don't think it matters.
You might also consider:
I know a lot of people like
Winamp because it can handle different types of files. And I had
Songbird for a while, which was nice too.
That being said, I use WMP. It works for what I need it for: playing music and ripping and burning CDs. I don't download from iTunes when I can avoid it (I generally buy the CD/vinyl) and all my files are .wma, which works on my Zune.
