The second National Council seat will be decided in the Province of Cerd-ciren. A similar poll will be posted on the NS Forums and the results of this poll will count an equal margin with the NS Forum poll. Please note that only the poll votes will count but please feel free to explain your choice below. Polls will remain open for 1 week. In no particular order, the candidates are:

Juara Spiredar
A Councilman from the city of Ro-ji, Juara Spiredar has proven himself to be a potent and subtle politician. By all accounts, he is a cold man who rarely smiles and almost never laughs but is always polite, even to his oppents whom he often receives cordially at city functions. Spiredar was among the loudest voices calling for the recall of the previous council, whom he saw as dangerously ineffective given the current troubles.
Political Priority: Internal Reforms of the National Government to make it more responsive.
Economic Priority: Internal Security



Wira Viradi
A brilliant painter from the town of Yu-ghida, Wira Viradi is the first woman to serve as the head of the famed Yu-ghida Academy of the Arts. As head of the academy, she took it upon herself to learn all the artforms taught in their curriculum and quickly earned the respect of the faculty and students alike. When the zombie plague erupted, she refused to allow the academy to fall into ruin and organized a brilliant defense, saving the academy and al the precious art therin, an act which has not only put her in the national political spotlight, but which is being novelized by one of her peers as well.
Political Priority: Support for cultural initiatives.
Economic Priority: Funding for the arts.



Nilajam Hiro
A young officer from the town of Rodai , Nilajam Hiro is a handsome man with a calm temperament but whom some view as over talkative. He is also known for taking his tme in considering any decisions before making them, a trait which makes him an odd candidate given the reasons for the recall of the previous National Council. However, when the plague of undead erupted and Ro-ji was struck far worse than Rodai, Hiro led Rodai?s forces to Ro-ji?s defense without hesitation. He was badly wounded but Ro-ji was saved, making him a hero of two localities.
Political Priority: Improved border security.
Economic Priority: Military spending.



Kebera Maraldu
Hailing from the town of Daisugi, Kebera Maraldu is the local Chief of Police. He is known as a cheerful person who always manages to find beauty in life, often, perhaps unfortunately, in the form of a pretty woman. He is most famous for having uncovered a corrupt Town Concilman and leading the defense of that same town council during the recent zombie outbreak.
Political Priority: Elimination of corruption on the national level.
Economic Priority: Funding of Law Enforcement.



Aindu Unsur
Raised in a local temple in the town of Ashina, Aindu Unsur is a monk who has found himself thrown onto the national stage by circumstance. When the zombie plague struck, the town was quickly overrun, with the panicked survivors taking shelter in the temple. Unsur took control, calming the people and guiding them in the temple?s defence until outside help could arrive. The survivors backed him for election, and though Unsur would rather remain with his beloved temple, he has taken up the study of politics and economics just in case he wins.
Political Priority: Aid for those displaced by recent events.
Economic Priority: Funding for schools and hospitals.
