Hey guys! I will be gone from July 7th all the way until the 18th, so don't expect me to reply to anything. Thought I'd let you know so that you don't wonder where I am. My family and I are going to Alaska on a cruise, then having a short stay in Vancover. Not looking forward to the cold weather...but I'm sure i'll manage (us Texans don't know anything about the word "cold"). Have a fun time while i'm gone and try not to mess the IDU up too much! Cold? COLD?! It's the middle of July! Granted, you'll be on the ocean, but still!

Then again, coming from Texas might make it seem cold. I'm sure I would roast at those latitudes at this time of year.

I'd rather be in Alaska right now, personally. I prefer cold to 90 and humid like it is here. And that probably wouldn't be all that bad for Texas Tongue

Have a good trip! (I'm jealous, I've always wanted to see that area.)

Ha, you should try the heat and humidity here in Georgia. I'm afraid to leave the area of my a/c unit.

Southern England this week: Unseasonably chilly, frequent heavy showers of rain, and winds at close to gale force... Sad

Here in the Midlands, it's the only day where it's not forecast to tip it down. :yeah:

I didn't think about that. It was okay...out on our little "wildlife cruises" it was the coldest...like 40's. Most of the time it was in the 50's, but to me, that's not warm enough. Smile

I loved Vancouver's weather...and the city. It was so beautiful. I might want to live up there now.

It was funny because as soon as I got back to town I could immediately feel the impact...it was 10:00 or so at night and it felt like 90 degrees and with humidity...ugh. Almost made me wish that I could go back. I even sweated on the short trip to the parking garage. xD

I actually prefer warmth...but now that i've experienced the difference, it might not be too bad to have that kind of weather. Of course, only in the summer...I'd die in the winter.
