Of course, individual members can still vote against, but unless there are extreme circumstances, the region always votes for an IDU resolution.

But anyway, I'm FOR. And I'd like to congratulate Quod for an extremely impressive first resolution. Reaching quorum without any advertisement is difficult, and so is reaching quorum on your first try. So congrats, whether it passes or fails
