Maybe it's time to talk Norderia into reviving his repeal proposal.
That latest current draft is admittedly still not NatSov-friendly, but it does fix most of the other problems that I had with the PRA (although there's still the question of whether whoever's going to have to pay for any treatments, if the patients concerned aren't doing so themselves, should have any say in the matter...)
