A Resolution to Provide a Safer Travel by Train
The United Nations,
SADDENED by the increasing number of deaths from train wrecks,
CONVINCED traveling by train should be just as safe as by air,
1. MANDATES all new railroad tracks to have a 500-1000 ft. view down track from railroad crossings and stations,
2. URGES nations to re-lay track to comply with the stated above length if possible but not necessary,
2. STRONGLY URGES all new trains to have better Hydraulic Brakes then current ones,
3. MANDATES max speeds for trains based on weight.
