Now it is exactly at 122, so if Delegates loose their status in the next few days, it may loose its status. Also there is a proposal that predates it, the Ban on Necrophilia, that is 4 endorsements shy of esstablishing quorum and would reach the UN Floor first. We are looking at this resolution hitting the floor Sunday at the earliest.
I'd like to visit each of our allied regions this way to hand them the proposal and open things up for discussion. Once that count gets to 130 approvals, I'd like to ask that we go ahead and open things up here for debate in the appropriate venue.
