Having heard the government and having carefully listened to the Honourable Colleagues' positions, the Democratic Republic of Lionfante votes AGAINST this proposal because we find its text to be overly ambiguous.

OOC: don't assume every country is like US
Here in Italy, for instance, the situation is quite the opposite and unions have FAR more power than in US, while corporations have FAR less power (I don't want to talk about our situation being right or wrong right now).
