[Mikitivity]

Today I looked at the original resolution and the repeal. I understand and agree with the point behind the original resolution, however, it could stand to look fancier ... more "UN" like. The repeal authors *do* have a nice looking replacement that is ready to go and seem serious about submitting that.

So ... I'm abstaining. If the repeal can pass, I would like our Delegate to endorse the replacement. But ultimately I'm leaving it to the rest of you to decide.
