[Enn]

As Secretary of Intra-Regional Affairs (SIRA), it is my duty to offer congratulations to James Lin for his clear victory in the recent Ceoranan elections. I hope that the new Ceoranan government will continue working well with the Triumvirate of Enn.

Also, I wish to congratulate Horace Indigo for his appointment as Ambassador-At-Large. I am sure he and I will work well together.
