I would like to suggest that we also create a NSWiki "IDU Sister City Program" page, that talks about the history of the sister cities, and then has a few lists:
IDU cities that are part of the program.
(IDU to IDU pairs would be listed twice .. but this would all be done in a table)

Brig, Mikitivity Potato Island, Sober Thought

Potato Island, Sober Thought Brig, Mikitivity
Non-IDU cities that are part of the program.
(Again, this would be duplicating info above, but would feature the non-IDU nation in the first slot, making it easier for nations to find themselves.)
