Well, that's an obvious twin of Mont Royaume (which is modelled on French Montreal) in Sober Thought. Are the Westmount Rhodesians on the West Island separately incorporated? (Your Montreal article suggests there are arrondisements or similar divisions in the metropolitan area.) If so, they can twin with Kingsmount.
You've got your capital of Saintp[e?]-Monica deadlinked, but it's an obvious match to Ville de Hochelaga = Quebec City.
Similarly, redlinked Villeneuve might sensibly be paired with Longueoreille (which has no wiki and will get no wiki), representing the entire suburban South Shore in my RP.
Your un-wikied Ajaccio could be paired with my un-wikied Moineville = Moncton, N.-B. or even Saint-Visage-Osseux = St. Boniface/francophone Winninpeg. Neither is truly a port, but Ajaccio (with reference to the Corsican capital) suggests an estranged relationship, such as that enjoyed by franco Quebec and the dead French ducks hors Quebec.
