Do you just want to co-author it? I'd be glad to do that, you did add quite a bit.
I was going to re-write it after my delegacy ended. Any other suggestions?
If not, I'll submit it without TGs some time after my term ends (which will be soon :o) and then re-submit until it is passed, obviously.
