Ther Death Penalty should and must be abolsihed. In place of it, my nation would like to see that we have hard labor. Labors that won't get paid. It is good for the economic and those criminals will learn something from it. You can consider it as rehabilitation.

Death Penalty only makes those guys escape their punishment. Afterall everybody will die, soon or later so Death Penalty doesn't really help those victims. It is a cheap solution with no effect. I hope that our Union will support the idea of amending a resolution about hard labor which won't recieve any pay as punishment of crimes.
