[Eisophca]

After the first submission, this failed to reach quorum. It had about 59 supporters, but, unfortunately, I wasn't able to collect the list since I was away from home when it fell out and didn't have the foresight to c+p the list beforehand.

I'm going to submit it again soon. Would anyone be willing to help TG to give it a better chance? Thanks.
