This goes against our philosophy of forgiveness. We are fine with stopping terrorism, but don't want to be forced into punishment of individuals. It also doesn't include the words "intentional" for the crimes, so an innocent banker might have be imprisoned if he loaned money to the terrorists.

I was about to support this, but that is true. Adding the word "intentional" would have got a yes vote, but since they didn't, I'll vote AGAINST.
